Collaborate to innovate:
There is a sacred space of creativity and innovation when two or more minds come together. Even a few minutes together can ignite ideas that cannot be born alone.
More information is available than we can use:
Society is bombarded with research studies and information that is sitting on shelves. That’s why we don’t do research except an occasional focus group or other highly goals-targeted activity. We rely on research and information, however, to distill into strategic action plans that leverage limited time and money toward mission impact.
All leaders struggle from time to time regardless of their role on a board, as an executive, artistic, or program director. The greatest challenges could become opportunities to stretch leadership and management capacities with a little bit of help here and there. That’s where we come in. We’ll be a little bit of help or a lot. It’s up to you.
